1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By downloading, installing, or using Neville Goddard — Daily Assumptions ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

  • The App is a mindset, self-development, and journaling application inspired by the teachings of Neville Goddard.
  • Features include: daily quotes and assumptions, personal journaling, AI-powered chat, favorites, and customizable reminders.
  • The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

  • The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Monthly ($4.99/month) and Yearly ($49.99/year).
  • A Lifetime access option ($99) is also available as a one-time purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Free Features

  • Daily Neville Goddard quotes are available for free.
  • Basic reminder functionality is available for free users.
  • AI chat with Neville Goddard requires a Pro subscription.

Refunds

  • All purchases are processed through Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
  • We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly — all billing is managed by Apple.

4. User Accounts

  • You may create an account to sync favorites, notes, and assumptions across devices.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  • Upon deletion, all your data (favorites, notes, assumptions) will be permanently removed.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (notes, assumptions, custom messages).
  • By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content to provide the service.
  • You agree not to use the App to create content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • The teachings, quotes, and writings of Neville Goddard are in the public domain.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our App or its original content.
  • The AI chat feature uses public Neville Goddard teachings and is not affiliated with any estate.

7. Notifications

  • By enabling reminders, you consent to receive local push notifications from the App.
  • You can disable notifications at any time from your device's System Settings.
  • Notification content is based on Neville Goddard's public teachings.

8. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided for inspirational and self-development purposes only.
  • The content is not intended as medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.
  • We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the content.
  • Neville Goddard — Daily Assumptions is not affiliated with any Neville Goddard estate or organization.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
