Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used at the time of purchase.
First, try tapping "Restore Purchases" in Settings → Subscription. If the issue persists, please email us at support@neville-goddard.app with your Apple ID email and order number (found in your App Store receipt).
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Neville Goddard App, then tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data, including favorites, journal entries, and assumptions. This action cannot be undone.
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device and your favorites, journal entries, and assumptions will sync automatically.
Go to Settings → Daily Reminders. You can set up multiple reminder times with custom messages from your assumption library.
Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the issue continues, try restarting your device. If problems persist, please email us at support@neville-goddard.app with your device model and iOS version.
